CLEAR FROM THE START

A few things
worth knowing.

Where does BidBite look for opportunities?

Daily research follows the combined states saved by our clients, alongside national federal notices. We check registered state and local sources in those states. Coverage varies and does not include every buyer; your account shows available search status and gaps.

Will there always be a matching opportunity?

No. Availability depends on your services, location and current notices. Incomplete searches are not proof that no work exists. We keep unverified candidates out of your shortlist and don’t add unrelated work to make it look busy.

What happens after the free trial?

Your email alerts pause after 14 days unless you choose a paid plan. We don’t collect a card for the trial, automatically enroll you or charge you. Signing in again does not restart your trial.

Can I change my states or email briefings?

Yes. Save your states and services in your account settings and choose your weekly briefing day. Preference changes guide subsequent research, not an instant exhaustive search. You can unsubscribe from any briefing.

Does a notice mean my business qualifies?

No. A shortlist is a starting point, not a promise of eligibility or an award. Review the official scope, quantities, delivery location, registrations, deadlines and amendments before responding. Research and advance notices are labeled separately from bid requests.
