Clear limits for a research service

The service

BidBite organizes and summarizes publicly available contracting information. It is a research and notification service. BidBite is not a government agency, procurement representative, law firm, accountant, or bid-submission service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying every opportunity with the issuing agency, confirming eligibility, reviewing amendments, meeting deadlines, preparing accurate submissions, and deciding whether to bid.

No award guarantee

Match scores and summaries are informational estimates. BidBite does not guarantee completeness, eligibility, response acceptance, contract awards, revenue, or business results.

14-day free trial

The trial begins when your profile is accepted and lasts 14 calendar days. No payment card is required. Delivery pauses when the trial ends, and the trial does not automatically enroll or charge you. Continuing requires your explicit activation of the then-disclosed paid plan and submission of a payment method.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with delivery, resell bulk data, misrepresent BidBite as a government service, or use the service unlawfully.

Availability and changes

Public sources can change, delay, remove, or correct notices. BidBite may change sources, features, pricing, or these terms and will provide notice when required.

Service availability

The free-trial service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Prime Avenue Logistics LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate public-source data, missed amendments, user ineligibility, unavailable third-party services, or decisions made from a BidBite summary.

Ending access

You may stop using BidBite or unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material interference with the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
